Glitter Paste YX-668 is suitable for all kinds of knitting, woven fabrics, gold and silver onions (gold and silver powder) printing. It has the characteristics of good oxidation resistance, good brightness after drying, good hand feeling, and resistance to washing with water. It can be washed in hot water for 120 minutes continuously, with low viscosity and excellent operating properties.

【PRODUCT FEATURES】

【APPLICATION】

  1. Process flow: Add glitter powder into glitter paste, stir well. printing → baking → forming;
  2. Reference formula: Antioxidant glitter paste85% -90%, gold powder orsilver powder 10% -15%;
  3. Use 60-100 mesh for screen printing;
  4. The baking temperature is generally 130℃ -150℃, 1-2 minutes.
  5. It is suitable for printing on gold and silver powder, colorful powder and laser powder of various cotton and cotton blended fabrics.

【NOTICE】

  1. The baking temperature is generally 130℃ ~ 150℃, 1-2 minutes.
  2. If it is not fixed at high temperature, please leave it for a while to fully cure before washing.
  3. In a cool and ventilated warehouse, the storage temperature must not be lower than 5℃. The storage period is one year. If the product does not change after mixing after expiration, there is no deterioration, and the inspection indicators remain unchanged.
